Sony missed out on this year’s CCXP, but that hasn’t stopped the studio from teasing the release of the long-awaited Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse trailer. The studio has shared two never-before-seen images from the animated movie, giving fans a fresh look at the return of Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy, with a caption that teases the debut of the trailer for December 13th.
It appears that Sony is looking to attach the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse trailer to screenings of Avatar: The Way of Water, which is currently on track for one of the biggest opening weekends of the year at the North American box office. The last Across the Spider-Verse trailer was released in December 2021.
