The search for a new director is currently underway, while X-Men ’97 head writer Beau DeMayo was tapped to take another pass on the script, with a recent report claiming that there’s a complete page 1 rewrite planned.
Amidst the project’s setbacks, Blade was about two months away from principal photography beginning, and now it appears that production will be delayed.
